Dr. Mandip Sharma
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Dr. Mandip Sharma is one of India's leading social activists and Corporate trainers, who have been instrumental in implementing the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH) across industries.
She is a motivational speaker on the issue of POSH at the workplace, corporate social responsibility, women empowerment through skill development prevention of female feticide, and gender equality. She has spent nearly 20 years taking workshops, seminars & training in various corporates, educational institutions & Govt. platforms.
She is an external panel member of ICC for various companies. She conducts training sessions on Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. These training session are conducted to spread awareness and sensitize the employees and the employer about the provisions of the act. Dr. Sharma is an external member of POSH ICC of Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), various corporates and educational institutions.
Dr. Sharma has also partnered with CII to train and educate corporates about the Sexual Harassment Prevent, Prohibition Redressal Act, 2013. and helped them form internal complaint committees in their organizations.

Why POSH is Important?

To curb the menace Govt. enacted The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 .
